SHIPPING ASSISTENCE SERVICE AREA


DDear customer, welcome to the shipping service area.
In this area we will try to provide you with the necessary tools to manage any problems with the delivery of your order.
We will be at your side to follow, monitor and solicit the courier in case of delays or problems during the delivery process.

We ask for your maximum cooperation to provide precise information to solve any problems as fast as possible, the correct procedure to follow is:

  1. Make sure you have the order number, the tracking of the shipment (it will be sent to you both by us and the courier), the destination address of the package and the contact details of the addressee;
  2. Contact the courier in these two ways:
    1. Writing an email or fill in the online form and CC us, we will reinforce your request as a reminder of the customer
    2. Calling the courier at the national number and try to arrange delivery.
  3. In case of problems when the package arrives, retire it with the mark "Picked up with Reserve".

We are working to prepare an interactive area able to guide you in the actions to be taken to actively intervene and affect the couriers, in the meantime, as a first step, we have started collecting all the contacts and data to facilitate communications.

We remind you that, whatever happens, you should never refuse the package, the package must always be picked up, then we will handle the situation and any problems with damaged or deteriorated products together.

If, on the contrary, the package is refused, we will have to face additional costs and longer times putting us in great difficulty and lengthening the time needed to manage the refund and/or damage files.
To proceed, you must have with you the order number, the tracking of the shipment (it was sent by us and the courier), the destination address of the package and the contact details of the recipient.

SDA ITALIA With SDA you can't send an email you have to fill in the online form on the courier's website which will offer you three options:
"Current shipment assistance"; "Practical complaint opening"; "Current shipment assistance".
After filling in and sending the online form SDA will open a procedure and send you an email.
At that point you should forward us a copy of the email received, so that we can reinforce the claim by sending and soliciting the courier in turn.

DHL ITALIA With DHL it is impossible to send an email, so you have to fill in the online form on the courier website.
