Beppino Occelli has created an original and new cheese. Few forms, carefully chosen, are matured for a very long time and then refined in malted barley and whiskey. The result is a unique cheese with an intense and complex aroma. The whiskey is pleasantly accompanied by the flavor of malted barley, so much so that it is recommended to taste it with the same distillate.
