This is obtained from a blend of Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero del Veneto grapes. Partial white vinification (separation of the skins from the must) is followed by natural fermentation in autoclaves, which achieves the characteristically vigorous effervescence. It features a lively, raspberry pink coloured mousse and the intense fragrance of soft red fruits and blackcurrants. A mellow, fresh and pleasantly fruited flavour.
