- Dedication, time, and quality ingredients are the three elements that characterize the work of Panificio Patti, essential conditions for maintaining the true artisanal nature of the product.
It all began with Piedmontese tradition, with breadsticks and dry pastries, the pillars of the historic bakery that took its first steps in a small, almost domestic oven.
Since then, the business has naturally developed, while continuing to use historic recipes and artisanal processes that preserve its quality.
New ideas were introduced by Andrea Cavallari, an expert baker who became a collaborator at Forno Patti and is still at the helm of the project today.
Thanks to the introduction of new knowledge, new high-quality products from the world of leavened goods, such as panettone and babà, were also developed.
This has allowed the bakery to consolidate its collaboration with producers of essential quality raw materials, such as Mulino Varvelli flour, a company at the pinnacle of quality in terms of flour.
The biscuits and breadsticks from Panificio Patti have a full flavor, in which the well-defined tastes of the raw ingredients are not overwhelmed by excessive amounts of sugar or salt, a factor that tangibly defines the quality of a product.
