Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 g of whole grain wheat tagliatelle Tumminia "La Fastuchera"
- 150 g pumpkin
- 150 g bacon (Tyrolean ham)
- Mostarda "Dondi"
- Extra Virgin Olive "Frantoio Cutrera"
- Parmigiano Reggiano 36 months
Cut the pumpkin and the Tyrolean ham into strips and cook with a little olive oil in a pan for about 10 minutes. Add the chopped fruit mostarda and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cook the whole wheat tagliatelle for about 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the pan with the sauce. Mix well and serve with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese.
