Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghetti "Benedetto Cavalieri"
- 20 Sicilian almonds
- 250 g anchovies
- 2 cloves of garlic from Nubia
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Valli Trapanesi"
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 fresh chilli
Clean the anchovies and add them with the garlic and the chopped chili and plenty of olive oil in a pan. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Roast the breadcrumbs and coarsely chopped almonds in a second pan.
Cook the Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti for 15 minutes. Drain and add to the pan with the anchovies. Add the toasted breadcrumbs and the almonds. Season with a little raw olive oil.
