Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g egg tagliolini "Caponi"
- 100 g fresh broad beans
- 100 g of ham from the Black Calabrian pork "Agricola Adriano Ferrari"
- Organic extra virgin olive oil "Adamo"
- Grated salty ricotta
Cook the fresh broad beans for 5 minutes. After that skin the broad beans. Put the broad beans with some extra virgin olive oil and the chopped ham in a pan and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cook the eggs tagliolini for 2 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the pan with the sauce. Serve with plenty of grated ricotta.
