From 4 days, maybe ever sooner as this year, we have started our new olive oil production. Already many of our costumers that are "addicted" to Frescolio and can not give up the unmistakable scent of the freshly extracted olive oil, from several days requesting to taste the first Frescolio. This year we had a very hot and dry summer, unlike all the other regions of Italy, the olives are very small and have a very low yield, but the quality is excellent, the fruity is intense and the olive oil much richer in polyphenols, antioxidants that give - as well as an important nutritional value - a pronounced note of freshness.
