The SAN MARZANO DOP tomatoes are typically grown in the area of Agro Sarnese - Nocerino. We respect the natural cycles of tomato plants, especially as regards the maturation.
The harvest of tomatoes is done exclusively by hand and only when the full maturity is reached. Because we adhere to the biological rhythms, we are part of the "Slow Food" movement and so we can satisfy even the most demanding gourmets that really want to know the products that they eat.
