Organic Farm "Adamo": Organic Wine Preole Rosso Merlot-Nero d'Avola

27/08/2015 - In the wine-growing region of Calatafimi Segesta (Trapani), a fascinating area full of natural beauty and vistas, the Preole, a new organic wine of the organic farming business Adamo is produced.

The color is ruby red to purple and the nose is intense with deep notes of spices and wild berries. The palate is full-bodied, well-balanced with a good body, even if it is young. A fresh grape flavor without wood notes.
