Contrada Castellaretta, in Staffolo, is a particularly good site for growing grapes. In this area of the hills of Castelli di Jesi, the Verdicchio grape benefits from the conditions of a special microclimate and unique soil composition that make it, along with an 'ancient and respectful processing of the grapes, a fine and balanced wine with a personality strong and refined. It goes well with fish dishes or delicate meat and not too structured.
