BUSCHET vineyard, grown in the municipality of Barbaresco. Vigorous vine with great production opportunities.
Grapes: 100% Barbera
Vinification:

Traditional pressing with destemming followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature and frequent pumping over. Maceration lasts 8/10 days.
Maturation and refinement:

The wine ages for 3/4 months in Slavonian oak barrels; then it is refined in the bottle lying down for at least 3 months.

Organoleptic characteristics:


The intense purplish red color heralds a full and vinous aroma, pleasantly fruity of plum and blackberry. The dry, harmonious, warm flavor completes the robust structure of the wine.
Service:

It is recommended to serve it in medium-sized glasses at 16/18 ° C.

Hearty first courses, stewed and boiled meat, medium-aged cheeses, cold cuts.
