Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with warm violet hues. On the nose an imposing bouquet, concentrated and rich in hot cherries and black cherry jam, dark spices, chocolate and balsamic puffs. In the mouth it expresses itself with an important structure characterized by soft tannins with a slight touch of vanilla.

Pairings: Sausages, salami and parmesan accompanied by the crumbly grissini of the area: the rubatà.
