Origins
The vineyards are located in the municipality of Mango, Bricco Avene and Schiasso at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level.

Vinification
After summer thinning, the grapes are harvested by hand in 25 kg perforated boxes. It is kept for a couple of days in the cold room and further selected on a special vibrating table before being subjected to soft pressing. After cold decanting, from 10 to 15 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the must obtained is clarified. Subsequently, the transformation of the sugar present in the must into alcohol and carbon dioxide begins. When we reach 5 ° alcohol, we lower the temperature so as to stop the fermentation. During this, the naturally produced CO2 remains dissolved in the wine, giving it that natural freshness characteristic of Moscato d'Asti, which also has a residual sugar of about 140 g / l.
Aging
the wine remains in steel tanks for about 1 month.
Bottling
at the end of November it is already in the bottle.
