Produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in Lago di Cavedine, 250 meters above sea level. with south-west exposure. After a gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in tanks for about four months, and is subsequently bottled. Brilliant, with traditional greenish reflections. Intense on the nose, characterized by a wide range of aromas, rightly herbaceous, fresh and inviting. On the palate it is sapid and pleasant, ideal to be enjoyed with any light dish.

The Pravis vineyard is made up of many small plots arranged on the hilly side of the mountain that separates Trento from the Basso Sarca, between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda. In this area, native vines representative of the great Trentino enology are grown together with some international ones, cared for with respect and great attention to the environment and sustainability, making experimentation and tradition march hand in hand in the vineyards, in the belief that to better interpret the future of oenology it is necessary to preserve the knowledge of the past.
