Ruby red with a tendency to garnet on the edges. Bouquet with fruity sensations of cherry and plum, followed by spicy notes of black pepper and nutmeg. On the palate it is relaxed, fresh, with a very fine tannic texture. Full, harmonious, very long, it closes with a finish that refers to the olfactory notes and reminds one of the next sip.

Pairings: Accompany well white truffles, tartare and tagliolini.
