Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow color. On the nose, notes of white-fleshed fruit are perceived, such as Williams pear and golden apple, followed by nuances of aromatic herbs such as sage and rosemary. The taste is structured, fresh but balanced, decidedly tasty and mineral. The persistence is long and the finish is excellent.

Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with fried foods, first courses and fish recipes. Excellent with prosciutto arancine.
