Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 3 weeks. Maturation in barriques for 12 months and refinement in the bottle for 6 months.

Color: Deep ruby ​​red, almost purple.

Nose: Ripe red and black fruit, quite spicy.

Palate: Soft and strong wine with sweet and elegant tannins.

Recommendation: Noble red meat, game and cheese.
