San Marzano Tomato DOP: Respect the natural tomato cycle

20/06/2018 - The San Marzano tomato from the Agro Sarnese-Nocerino DOP, it is one of the best tomatoes of the world, an intense juicy and waterless with a sweet taste at the right point ready to be peeled and conserved, used when the real tomatoes aren't available, it is great to prepare sauces.
The cultivation technique is vertical using supports, respecting the tradition, in this way the fruits remain intact and the harvest is exclusively by hand. It is a product typically from Campania, in reference to people who want to adopt a Mediterranean diet.
The fulfillment of eco-sustainable processes, the belonging to the Slow Food Presidium, allow to satisfy who loves the high quality food and people who want to truly know what they eat.
