A timeless, classic yet always modern wine that is made from the Corvina and Rondinella grapes in Villa Novare, after the grapes were left to dry a little (appassire = withered).
This wine was first produced in 1958.The refinement in barrels takes 6 years. This wine has an extremely sturdy structure, so the Bertani Amarone is one of the wines that can be stored the longest.

Colour: Dense and dull garnet red.
Nose: Classic fragrances that are typical of Amarone - maraschino cherries and plums.
Taste: Extensive notes of fresh fruit and compote which are harmoniously complemented by spicy notes. Long lasting taste of red berries. The finish is a soft and dense vanilla note.
