The Frascio farm was founded in 2005 from the idea of making healthy cheese from the milk of their own production.
Today, the farm has 40 dairy cows that are fed with hay from the Valsabbia. In summer the herd grazes in the pasture.
The Frascio farm produces from their own milk mature cheese, fresh cheese, primosale, ricotta and butter. Recently, there have also yogurt and dairy desserts.
