This product is gluten-free and low in fat, is easily digestible and is free of polyphosphates, milk and GMOs.

The sausage mixture contains only premium pieces of the pig. It comes from the throat and neck area of the pig and is one of the tastiest parts.

The other ingredients, namely, natural spices and honey are carefully chosen to provide a high quality and incomparable product. The spices give a distinctive aroma and flavor, while the honey completes the bouquet.
