Pizza with mozzarella fior di latte, broad beans, salami and cherry tomatoes

- pizza dough
- Mozzarella Fior di Latte "Cheese Factory Olanda"
- Fresh broad beans
- Fresh sausage "Marchesini Salumi"
- Cherry tomatoes in salt and water "Masseria Dauna"
- Organic extra virgin olive oil "Adamo"

Ingredients:
- pizza dough
- Mozzarella Fior di Latte "Cheese Factory Olanda"
- Fresh broad beans
- Fresh sausage "Marchesini Salumi"
- Cherry tomatoes in salt and water "Masseria Dauna"
- Organic extra virgin olive oil "Adamo"

Roll out the pizza dough and top with the mozzarella, fresh sausage, cooked and peeled broad beans and tomatoes. Season with a little olive oil.

Preheat the oven to its maximum temperature and bake the pizza until it's golden brown.
