Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g Maccheroncini "La Campofilone"
- 300 g fresh tuna
- 200 g fresh peas
- 1 clove of garlic from Nubia
- Datterino plum tomato sauce "Casa Morana"
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Valli Trapanesi"
- salt
Put a little olive oil with the garlic in a pan. Add the datterino plum tomato sauce and the diced fresh tuna and peas. Salt and simmer for 15 minutes on medium flame.
Cook the maccheroncini for 2 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the pan with the sauce.
