This salt is produced between Trapani and Marsala and retains the quality mark "Slow Food".
The salt is dried naturally in the salt flats of a a nature reserve with the methods which were already applied by the Phoenicians. The preparation cycle is natural and the salt is particularly low in sodium and contains more oligominerals, magnesium, potassium and iodine.
