Immediately after the Second World War Pasquale Battista has opened a small canning factory mainly for anchovies in Cetara and led it until to the 90s.
Today, the children of Mr Battisti took over the factory and run it with the same passion and according to the old tradition.
In the factory, the processing is unchanges: first the raw materials are selected, then the product is as controlled, then the processing is done under the currently valid standards to guarantee a consistently high quality. Nothing has changed. The excellent taste is proof of that.
