The butter is made from raw milk of the red heifer by centrifuge. Perfect in the mouth, palate, in cakes, in the kitchen.
The Frascio farm was founded in 2005 from the idea that we make our cheeses exclusively from milk from our own production.
The focus of the operation is the breeding of the red heifer, which is strong and resistent to diseases.
Currently, the cows are kept on pasture, so they can move freely during the summer months. For milking they come for hygienic reasons into the barn.
They are fed with hay from the Valle Sabbia. We produce cheese, cream cheese, Robiola, Primo Sale, butter, yogurt, desserts and ricotta from this milk.
