INGREDIENTS:
Pig meat and fat, salt, wine, natural spices, garlic juice and potassium nitrite.

SAUSAGE CASING:
Pig intestine or beef

FEATURES:
The sausage mixture, like the Berlinghetto salami, is chopped twice: first with a knife and then the shoulder and bacon pieces are ground with a meat grinder. The light smoking is the special feature of this salami.
