Like all Barone Pizzini wines , this is the result of choosing working methods , from vineyards to cellar, that are aimed at guaranteeing superior wine quality and keeping intact all the characteristics that uncontaminated nature can give grapes. All Barone Pizzini vineyards in Franciacorta , Tuscany (Poderi di Ghiaccioforte) and in the Marches (Pievalta) are certified as complyng with organic-growing regulations.

Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation in
temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks

Ageing: 6 months stainless steel

Refinement in bottle on natural yeasts:
24 months

Alc.: 12,5%

Serving suggestions: Aperitif with Parmigiano, raw fish, brodetto, Culatello, salami.
