Badarina is a Barolo with aromas of rare elegance and a wide and intense structure. The particular microclimate strongly influenced by a good temperature gap between day and night makes it particularly suitable for long aging.
Colour: Intense ruby red with deep garnet hues.
Bouquet: Strong scent bouquet of backberry and ripe red fruit with pleasant spicy and balsamic notes.
Taste: intense, persistent and well balance with a rich and elegant texture.

How to serve it: Large “Bordeaux” wine glasses.
Serving Temperature: 16/18°
Pairings: Game, roasts and strongly flavoured cheeses.
Excellent longevity, over 10 years.
