Exposure: 400 m a.s.l.; west-facing slope, adjacent to the estate; with a slope of over 40%; soil rich in gray porphyry debris with a lot of skeleton; ventilated and cool lying; also 810 m a.s.l.; sheltered slope facing south, located below the village of Fiè allo Sciliar; pebbly sandy soil with good water permeability; strong variations in temperature between day and night during the ripening phase;
Training system: Guyot 7,300 vines / ha

Vinification: In mid-September and early October the fully ripe grapes are harvested, then the whole grapes are gently pressed. The must is naturally clarified and then fermented in the steel tank at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. The aging of the wine lasts 6 months and takes place on the fine lees before bottling in May.
Wine description: Pinot Bianco shines in a straw yellow with green reflections. It has an aroma of fresh and complex notes reminiscent of green apple, pear and citrus with the addition of a veil of mint. In the mouth this wine reveals a very good structure with fresh acidity, a lot of minerality and mellowness in the finish.
Paired with: It is a good aperitif wine or to be paired with South Tyrolean first courses and fish dishes.
