This wine is the result of Beppe's stubborn passion for experimentation who planted the great Burgundy vine on the top of Bricco Maiolica.
The body and personality of this intense, full, delicate and certainly long-lived wine surprise. The richness of its structure indicates a considerable propensity for aging. With the use of small exhausted oak barrels, three years after the harvest it is still very young. Accompany with ease the first courses of traditional Langa cuisine and roasts. It harmonizes with many rich preparations of the great international cuisine: terrines, paté, soufflé, fondues and fish with tomato and olives.
It should be served at 16 ° C in large glasses to appreciate its elegance and refinement.
