Made from Nebbiolo (100%) This wine, dedicated to Bruno`s mother, Maria Adelaide, is produced from a selection of the best grapes of our vineyards. Production: 35 hl/hectare.

Vinification: in stainless steel for 15-18 days.

Maturation: 18 months in French oak barrique.

Color: deep garnet red.

Nose: wide with black fruit (blackberries, plums), scents of slightly withered flowers (violet, rose) amìnd spices.

Flavour: mouth filling, warm and elegant, very long and persistent with overtones confirming aromas perceived on the nose with a hint of cocoa.
