Deep ruby red color with hints of orange. It has an intense and ethereal nose with a light touch of jasmine. On the palate it is soft with a great balance of acidity and tannins and a soft note of violet. Dense but delicate tannins give this wine a smooth, full-bodied flavor, mostly dark chocolate and spices.

Pairings: Perfect with roasts, game, cured cheeses and pasta dishes or rice dishes with truffles or mushrooms.
