The project of the 3 Riserva wines was born from the desire to experiment and better study the effects of a longer aging of wines in amphorae. The three wines (one white, one red, one rosé) are the result of three vintages (2015-2016-2017) that aged separately in amphora until the final blending that took place just before bottling in July 2018.
