The training system is a simple bow.

Vinification

The must, obtained with a slow and progressive pressing of the whole grain grapes, ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts.

Refinement

LUGANA is stored with its own yeasts for about 4 months until the moment of assembly and is marketed after about 1 month of aging in the bottle.

Organoleptic notes

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose the wine is mainly expressed fruity and floral notes, with marked evidence of hints attributable to pear and peach and to some precious spices such as saffron; on the palate it expresses a richness of taste, due to an accentuated sapidity and a good structure that accompany the acid vein that characterizes this product well, a harmonious and pleasant wine suitable for many combinations.
