Tasting notes: Garnet red color with ruby reflections. On the nose it opens with a powdery presence, after a brief wait, sweet and macerated fruits appear, recently withered violet, intense noble woods, rhubarb, cinchona and absinthe. The tannin is felt, but already tends to elegance. The sip is wide, quite persistent, with excellent taste and olfactory returns.

Pairing: Ideal with meat dishes, game, pork, cured cheeses.
