Tasting notes: The color is garnet red and on the nose it has aromas of raspberries, violets, spices, leather and hints of geranium. On the palate it is rich, with flavors of ripe cherries, currants, tobacco, spices and soft tannins, leading to a long and savory finish. This phenomenal wine is ready to enjoy now, but can be developed with several more years of aging due to its great balance and acidity. It has a wonderful tannic structure with a lingering finish.

Pairings: Grilled meats, abundant pasta dishes, assorted sausages and aged cheeses.
