tannins of the Cabernet, and the rich complexity of the Merlot.

Goes well with grilled cutlets with ratatouille, venison medallions in a south Tyrolean bread
crust with Schupfnudel (potato dumplings), entrecote with grilled vegetables or a venison
goulash with pilaf rice.
