Orientation: Southeast in Monforte d'Alba.

Annual production: Approximately 5,500 bottles

Harvest: handpicking from mid-September to October.

Vinification: maceration with the skins for 5-6 days at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. Maturing for 18 months in French oak barrels. Bottling in July. Further refinement in bottle for 8 months.
