The vines are from France and have been planted in the vineyard Del Conte where a particularly favorable microclimate prevails.

Vinification: fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature.

Ageing: In oak barrels for about 15 months.

Color: Intense ruby red.

Nose: complex, intense and long lasting. Important notes of plums, cherries and blackberries, which mingle with the spicy notes conferred by the wooden barrels.

Palate: The palate is soft and balanced, warm and very long lasting. The wine has a great structure and body expresses great personality.

Serving temperature: 18 ° C

Storage: The bottles should be stored horizontally in the basement, where it is not subjected to temperature changes.

Recommendation: A wine for important occasions. Goes well with hearty main dishes or mature cheeses. Interesting as a companion to chocolate desserts.
