Grape varieties:
Nebbiolo, Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyards Ginestra, Bussia Sottana, Ornati and S. Pietro.

The Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in an area of ​​about 1.5 hectares of land in the hills with south-facing slope, so that the grapes can ripen well.

After maturation in wooden barrels the Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with the Barbera and Nebbiolo from the Barolo region.
