Today directly from Alcamo, we’re introducing you the two new entry by Adamo winery, the Zibibbo and Macerato.
Both of them are realized following the Bio Organic disciplinary, the first one well resembles the aromaticity of one of the most renowned Sicilian local grape variety, still pleasant paired with food due to its dry consistency and not excessively emphasized.
The Macerato endorses a philosophy that is a latest fashion among the wine lovers, but telling the truth has ancient roots bonded to the agricultural tradition.
Thanks to the rest on the grapes after the pressing, the result is a monovarietal Catarratto with a greater complexity and structure, an innovative approach regarding a typically local wine variety able to stimulate the palate of the lovers of that genre and not.
