Nurcinus uses for their salami only the meat of the pigs of the breed "Gran Suino Padano".
Nurcinus establishes the real typical salami from Brescia.
For all products, the meat is carefully selected according to the tradition, so that we can guarantee quality products.
The products do not contain gluten or lactose.
The Nurcinus Salami is filled into a natural casing and bound by hand.
In order to produce a good product, some basic rules must be followed:
