Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g whole wheat Tumminia wheat Penne "La Fastuchera"
- 250 g Stracciatella Fiordilatte "Caseificio Olanda"
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 30 g butter "Az. Agricola Frascio"
Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and fry with a little butter in a pan on a low heat.
Cook the penne for about 7 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the pan with the salmon. Add the diced Stracciatella Fiordilatte (mozzarella) and mix well.
