Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g Fusilli "Mancini"
- 3 zucchini
- 4 small onions
- Cherry tomatoes
- Primo Sale "Cheese Factory Poma"
- Extra virgin olive oil "Frantoio Franci"
Cut the vegetables and cook for 10-15 minutes in a pan with some olive oil.
Cook the fusilli for 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the pan with the sauce.
Serve with plenty of grated Primo Sale.
