The Limoncello di Capri is a natural liqueur, which is made from the infusion of untreated lemon peel. The lemons are grown exclusively on the island.
The lemons are not treated and the Limoncello contains no coloring or preservatives.
The Limoncello di Capri also today is still made by the Canale family following an old recipe.
