The "Casa Prosciutteria Ghirardi" is one of the best ham producers in Italy.
Casa Ghirardi is the classic prosciutto di Parma with a long maturation period, made according to the ancient methods of production from the ham capital Langhirano.
According to tradition, the ham is made from the best pork from the Po Valley and some sea salt. The ham contains no additives such as nitrates, nitrites or sugar.
