The balsamic vinegar "Riccardo Giusti" is made from sweet, dried grapes and has notes of plum and berry jam, hints of honey and vanilla. It is one of the most popular products of its kind.
Once the best grapes were picked, they are gently de-stemmed and pressed and cooked in stainless steel tanks. The must is ripened with wine vinegar and a part of long matured balsamic vinegar.
The maturation in oak barrels and the long ripening period ensure a balance between sweet and sour notes and the typical bright brown color.
True balsamic vinegar goes well with grilled meats, fish and shellfish. Ideal for fruits and desserts.
