The company specializes in the production of mono varietal extra virgin olive oil for example from Leccino or Frantoio olives. The new product is the oil Le Radici, in which spicy notes combine with a slightly bitter note. The result is a golden-green olive oil with topaz coloured reflexes.
The vineyard consists mainly of Leccino and Frantoio trees and includes almost 6 hectares with 1,500 trees. The trees are watered by an irrigation system and maintained by the devoted care of Dott. Claudio Cantini.
